The Sole trader Extra Pack has a condition that no trading of any sort is permitted in the company name we hold for you until the nominee officers and shareholders have been changed. If the annual fee for the Sole Trader Extra Pack is not settled no company management services for the company will be updated. This could in the company being struck off from companies house register. Changes to the Company are restricted until all officers and domicile have been replaced. A transfer fee of £19.99 is taken if you wish to take full control of the company.
