Registered Office

Whenever you incorporate a limited company it needs a registered office where official papers can be served, and also filed on the Companies House database.

If you do not have a building to provide as the registered office or simply you do not want your home of residence to be nominated. From 1st October 2009 every director must provide Companies House with both their usual residential address, and for each directorship they hold, a service address. The service address will be on the public record and will be public information but the residential address will be protected information.
