Call Mate, a digital switchboard providing an automated and personalised interactive menu, is available at a fraction of the cost of PBX systems used by large corporations. There’s no need to budget for expensive equipment, so it’s the ideal solution whatever size your business Incoming calls can be transferred to several departments and to unlimited numbers of extensions; every one with its own fully-featured voicemail facility. Call Mate works anywhere in the world, on any network and on any telephone CallMate’s Virtual Receptionist will alert you to a call before putting it through and is sophisticated enough to digitally record your telephone conversations (optional extra) at your command. It can also answer and take messages when you are unavailable or busy on another call.

CALL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM The Call Management System answers calls with a personalized interactive menu similar to those offered by expensive digital switchboards, prompting callers to key in the department or extension they wish to speak to VIRTUAL RECEPTIONIST Call Mate’s Virtual Receptionist will inform you of the department or extension being called so that you are not surprised and can answer the call in a suitable manner, or alternatively the Virtual Receptionist can take a message instead. While a message is being left you can interrupt and speak to the caller at any time.

CALL RECORDING Incoming calls can be digitally recorded by simply pressing the <*> key at any time during the conversation. Amazingly Call Mate will record the call from the beginning, enabling you to keep a record of verbal agreement. There are no time limits on the recordings, and you can access and play them back from anywhere in the world

TRANSFERRING CALLS Calls can be put on hold and transferred to a Call Mate extension or to any other number by using your keypad. Frequently used numbers can be pre-programmed so that a single keystroke will transfer the call VOICEMAIL
Allows individual extensions to personalise greetings (that can be changed at any time) and to choose whether to have all calls diverted to Voicemail or only if the number is busy. Messages can be retrieved from any telephone anywhere in the world

FAX FACILITY The Fax feature automatically detects facsimile calls before they are answered by Call Mate and route them to a pre-programmed fax number. It can also store your faxes digitally for later retrieval.

NUMBER OPTIONS As CallMate numbers are not linked to an address, it remains yours for life no matter how often you move, therefore enabling your customers to reach you on the same number forever. There is a choice of three different number options for connection to CallMate; These are: 1. Free Phone Numbers (0800) -Research shows that telephone enquiries triple with the use of Free Phone numbers in an advertising campaign. By choosing this number you pay when routing calls to any number.2. National Rate Numbers (0870) - These numbers give your company a national presence. You are not charged for calls routed to any UK landline number. There is an additional charge for routing calls to mobiles.3. Personal Numbers (0700) – There are no charges made for linking calls to any number in the UK including landline and mobiles.
